Open Access Statement

Using the Center for Open Science’s (COS) guidelines, the open-access policy for the journal is as follows:

The journal is a fully open-access journal. This means the full text of a published manuscript is openly and freely available. We will never implement article processing charges (APCs), fees, or other financial considerations to be paid by authors, their institutions, or supporting grant agencies to publish in the journal. Additionally, there will never be charges, fees, or other financial considerations to be paid to access, download, copy, distribute, print, or otherwise use manuscripts published in the journal. The rationale of this policy is in-line with the Berlin declaration on open access to knowledge in the sciences and humanities (2003) to disseminate knowledge through wide and openly available means
